Suzy’s Soldiers Need You

Suzy’s Soldiers need YOU! Please join our efforts to support women & their families thru their breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. Golf tournament will be at Grey Rock Golf Club, August 20th. Tournament at 8:30 AM and limited to 144 players. Tournament spaces sold out a month before event last year.

The spectacular 8,240-square foot Darrell Royal Ballroom at Barton Creek Resort will host the evening party commencing at 7 PM. Dinner, beer and wine provided.

What We Do

Suzy’s Soldiers was formed by Kristin Osler in loving memory of her ‘Momma’, Suzanne Clarke. Suzy was a passionate philanthropist who lost her 6 year battle with breast cancer in 2000 at the age of 53. Living in Amarillo, Texas for 23 years, Suzanne became actively involved in supporting nonprofit organizations throughout her community.

Suzy’s Soldiers are following in Suzanne’s footsteps by raising money for a local organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients and their families—The Breast Cancer Resource Centers of Texas. The BCRC of Texas is a nonprofit, grassroots organization created by breast cancer survivors. The BCRC of Texas serves women with breast cancer, their families, spouse, partners and friends. Their goal is to help newly diagnosed women and their support system create an effective, positive and practical team approach to this diagnosis. With locations in Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown, the BCRC of Texas enables women to become active, knowledgeable participants in their healthcare.
